Board Meetings

Time and place of regularly scheduled board meetings for public participation: Our regularly scheduled meetings are held on the second Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM. Our Winter location is at The Green Valley Charitable Hall located at 39118 Calle Bonita, Green Valley CA  91390

IN COMPLIANCE WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING

Agendas for meetings are posted 72 hours before our regular meeting and 24 hours before a special meeting.  To have an item placed on the agenda, or to address the board on water-related issues, you must submit your request in writing 7 days prior to the posting of the agenda.

Copies of agendas and minutes are available for examination by the public at the District office of the Board during regular business hours.  Please call the office at 661-270-0836 or 661-270-0837 for general information about the agenda.  Questions about specific items on the agenda should be directed to District staff.

Material presented to the Board as part of testimony, that is to be made part of the record must be left with the Board.  This includes photographs, slides, charts, diagrams, etc.

The agendas posted are electronic representations of the hard copies made available to the public at the District office.
